Four individuals stand accused in connection with the prolonged legal proceedings surrounding the murder of Danijel Božić. The case centers on a criminal organization within the Kavaški clan of the Slovenian Celje gang, who allegedly devised a deadly plan to eliminate Božić and also attempted to murder Žarko Tešanović. The conflict stemmed from a significant drug trafficking operation, valued at half a million euros, conducted from a warehouse located in a house within the Kavaški clan’s territory in Celje, on Okroglo.
The trial for the murder of danijel has been ongoing for over five years. Klemen Kadivec, the alleged leader of the gang, is among those implicated, alongside his brother Blaž Kadivec, Drejc Kovač, and Bojan Stanojević. Vladan Kljajević is accused of involvement in the planning and transportation of Božić, as well as the subsequent cleaning of rented vehicles following the crime.
Semir Hajdarpašić is alleged to have provided assistance to the perpetrators after the incident. Notably, family members regularly visit the accused, demonstrating continued support for their defense. The investigation continues to focus on the details of this serious crime and the individuals involved in the alleged murder.
