A website offering discounted furniture abruptly shut down, leaving dozens of customers, including Jožica Cmrečnjak from Majšperk, in a difficult situation. Cmrečnjak initially contacted the company on February 1st to discuss a kitchen purchase. On February 4th, she made an advance payment of €4,299.99.
Two months later, the furniture had not arrived, prompting Alenka Kramar to contact Cmrečnjak. Kramar discovered a public alert regarding the company’s closure through Facebook. Investigations revealed a growing number of individuals who had placed orders with the business.
While some customers may potentially receive their furniture or individual components, communication with the company has proven difficult. Attempts to reach Kramar for comment today were unsuccessful; she indicated she would follow up with a call later in the evening. Cmrečnjak had been reporting on the situation since its inception, highlighting the challenges faced by those who had invested in the company’s offerings.
