The audit determined that the President failed to mandate a requisite security check for an official seeking access to confidential information. This required security vetting was explicitly stipulated as a special condition of the official’s appointment. In separate matters, discrepancies in personnel management were noted. One public employee was found to have been incorrectly classified, both in terms of seniority and salary grading, leading to an overestimation and subsequent overpayment of €1,282 during 2024. Additionally, the report highlighted instances where three different public employees were issued orders requiring overtime work that surpassed the legally established limits.
