The Slovenian women’s national handball team concluded a preparatory training session in Zreče on Monday, focusing on the upcoming qualification week for this year’s European Championship. The team, led by selector Dragan Adžić, gathered at the Zreče training center to finalize preparations. Prior to the gathering, the team played a friendly match against Belgium in Hasselt on Sunday, a result that will significantly impact their qualification chances.

Slovenia is scheduled to host Macedonia in their final qualification game. Almost all invited players participated in the initial training session, though team representative Nina Zulić was unable to attend due to a knee injury. The Hasselt match proved decisive, effectively confirming Slovenia’s participation in the tenth edition of the European Championship.
