Are you ready? Apparently, something is “cooking” at Olimpija again at the exit gates

Goran Boromiso’s tenure as sports director for Olimpija Ljubljana has concluded. Boromiso was formally appointed to the position on August 11, 2022, marking his start with the club on July 1, 2022. This followed the departure of Mladen Rudonja.

The 38-year-old Croat’s experience extends beyond direct sports direction. Prior to joining Olimpija, Boromiso served in coaching and coordination roles. He gained valuable experience as a coach and worked as a coordinator for Dinamo Zagreb, overseeing the club’s coaching staff and player scouting operations.

However, recent developments have led to a change in the planned course of his role. According to an official press release, the intended extension of Boromiso’s contract as sports director has not materialized. This announcement was made despite previous public statements regarding the continuation of his involvement with the club.
