Russian Attacks Intensify in Ukraine
Multiple cities in Ukraine have been targeted by Russian attacks, resulting in casualties and injuries. In Kyiv, a sustained assault involving ballistic missiles and drones impacted several areas, including two residential skyscrapers. Mayor Vitaly Klychko reported concerns regarding individuals potentially trapped beneath the rubble following the attacks.
To date, four fatalities have been confirmed in Kyiv, with at least 51 people injured across multiple city districts, including three children. Witnesses described hearing over ten explosions accompanied by significant smoke rising over the city. Residents have sought refuge in public shelters.
Separately, Russian attacks resulted in fatalities and injuries in Dnipro, located in eastern Ukraine. Ten individuals sustained injuries due to air raid alarms. At least 25 people were injured in Dnipro, including ten children.
The ongoing attacks underscore the continued intensity of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Authorities are continuing to assess the damage and provide assistance to those affected.
