Fur auction: from a concrete plant, massage tables and room chairs, to a coat

Slovenian Financial Authority to Auction Seized Assets

The Slovenian Financial Authority (Furs) will conduct a series of auctions over the coming weeks to sell seized items and other assets. The auctions will be held both online and in public formats, offering potential buyers a range of opportunities to participate. Interested parties are required to register on the Furs portal to access detailed descriptions and assessments of all available items for sale.

The portal will also provide live views of certain auctions, subject to prior telephone notification. The majority of the items being sold are offered “seen-bought,” meaning they are sold as a complete unit upon inspection. The Furs emphasizes that due to the nature of these sales, no warranty is provided, and Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated based on the final selling price.

Participation in the online public auctions necessitates registration and a deposit payment at least three working days prior to the auction commencement. The deposit will be transferred to the successful buyer following the sale. Potential buyers should note that complaints regarding item quality after receipt are not accepted.

This initiative, spearheaded by the furs, aims to realize the value of these assets.
