Four foreigners applied to them with a forged contract

Resident Reports Ongoing Registration Issue Following Foreigner Activity

A local resident has raised concerns regarding a protracted process involving fictitious residence registration, highlighting a potential vulnerability in the system. The individual reported an incident from last year when two unidentified foreigners registered at their address via mail. According to the resident’s account, the individuals were notified directly and utilized a purportedly forged business contract during the registration process.

Following notification, the apartment owner was able to access data pertaining to the registered individuals while they were absent from their residence, including names and surnames. To initiate the cancellation of the registration, the owner was required to complete a specific form and submit it to the police. However, the process has remained unresolved for approximately one year, with the individuals continuing to be registered at the address.

Recently, the resident received a second notification indicating a potential new registration attempt, prompting the same procedure to be repeated. Authorities are currently investigating the matter, focusing on the ongoing registration and the involvement of the foreigners. The resident emphasizes the length of the process, stating, “Currently we have on our address a person who is registered for a year.”
