The program of work and the financial plan for 2026 were also confirmed, as well as the proposals for changes to the registration regulation and the KZS statute. “Slovenska košarka has shown stability, breadth and development in 2025, so I assess the past year as successful and in many ways also a turning point. At the national level, we have witnessed results that strengthen us among the most successful countries in Europe, and we are especially happy about the achievements of the younger selections, who have again confirmed the quality of our work system with new medals,” said President Matej Erjavec.
“At the same time, we must not overlook the fact that the association’s office is successfully operating and is stable year after year. In 2026, we do not lack challenges. We continue to want to develop the association and domestic club basketball, too.
