Vlado supports less than 40 percent of respondents, SDS leads among parties

The current ministerial team holds 38.5% voter support, a figure significantly lower than that achieved by the previous Golob administration, which garnered over half of the public’s support (53.1%). Furthermore, the support level is below that of the third Janša government, which was supported by approximately 45.4% of respondents. According to the latest data, more than 44.2% of respondents are opposed to the current authorities, while 17.3% remain undecided.

Regarding the political landscape, Janša’s SDS continues to maintain its leading position among the various parties. If an election were held today, nearly 23% of voters would support the largest governing party (22.7%). This represents a decrease of one percentage point compared to the figures recorded a month prior.

This slight dip suggests increased competitive pressure, particularly from Golob’s Freedom party. The data provides a snapshot of shifting public sentiment, detailing how the current administration compares to historical benchmarks. The figures drawn from the respondents highlight a notable divergence from past levels of support.

The slight decline in the leading party’s standing, when viewed against the consistent support shown by rival factions, indicates a more contested political environment than previously measured.
