She left Iran with a motorcycle, ended up in the infamous Evin prison

Lindsay and Craig Foreman from East Sussex were sentenced to ten years in prison for espionage. The Foreign Office says it will continue to try to return them safely to the UK, and described their arrest and conviction as shocking and unjustified, according to BBC. Craig Foreman has been on a hunger strike for 12 days since the couple was prevented from making phone calls at the beginning of May.

Lindsay has temporarily broken the strike in the meantime, when they were told she could contact her family. Since she did not do so, she continued the strike. To view this content, you need to accept the cookie consent of social networks and third-party providers.
