Harry Maguire has signed a new contract with Manchester United, securing his future at the club. The 30-year-old central defender has been under contract with the Premier League side for the last several months. Maguire joined United from Leicester City in August 2019 for a reported fee of £80 million (€91 million).

The new agreement includes an option to extend his stay with the Red Devils for a further year. Throughout his time at Old Trafford, Maguire has made 266 appearances. He recently returned to the England national team last month, playing his first match in 18 months following a period of limited playing time.

His recent performances have earned him a place in the squad for England as they prepare for the upcoming 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Maguire will be competing for a spot on the team throughout the remainder of the season.
