Revoz Reports Financial Results, Changes in Board Oversight
Ajpes has published the minutes from a Thursday general assembly detailing the financial results of Revoz. The company’s profit, totaling approximately €15.57 million, is comprised of a net profit from 2025 and the reversal of accumulated losses of approximately €8,000, stemming from previous years. Following the departure of Herbert Steiner, a former member of Revoz’s supervisory board, he has been removed from his role.
Anne-Catherine Brieux has been appointed to the supervisory board, representing the capital shareholders, effective June 17th of this year and continuing until the assembly makes a decision regarding the 2028 business results. Brieux is currently responsible for production within Renault’s Ampere electric vehicle development division. The company’s owner granted a resolution to the board and supervisory board allowing for work performed in the previous year.
A certified auditor has also been appointed for the company’s accounting. The report indicates changes within the oversight of revoza, reflecting adjustments following the departure of Steiner kot member of the board.
