Multiple traffic incidents and resulting congestion were reported across various routes in Slovenia. Early this morning, an accident occurred near Unec and Postojna while traveling toward Koper. The resulting disruption necessitated using the regional road connecting Unec, Ravbarkomanda, and Razdrto, leading to an estimated one-hour delay.
Later, around 10:20, another accident occurred between Gaber and Senožeče en route to Ljubljana. This specific accident involved a burning vehicle, which caused a complete traffic jam, and additional congestion was forming in that area. Further disruptions were noted along the Primorska highway, specifically near Bralka.
Beyond these incidents, general traffic congestion was reported across the country. On the Štajerska highway, a ten-minute delay was reported between Dramlje and Pletovarje, in the direction of Maribor. Additionally, reports indicated that traffic jams were forming on the Šmarje-Koper and Lesce-Bled roads.
Authorities are monitoring multiple locations where an accident occurred, advising drivers to anticipate delays and exercise caution while navigating the affected routes.
