NBA Stars Participate in Training Session Ahead of Nuggets Victory
During the Los Angeles Lakers’ trip to Denver, several National Basketball Association players engaged in a week-long training session with physical preparation trainer, Anže Kmecl. This coincided with the Denver Nuggets’ 120-113 victory against the Phoenix Suns. Nikola Jokić led the Nuggets to the win, scoring 28 points, securing 12 rebounds, and contributing 13 assists.
Luka Dončić also played a key role, adding 27 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists to the team’s score. Following the game, Slovenian national team member Vlatko Čančar visited Jokić at his residence, accompanied by Dončić. While Čančar’s visit wasn’t publicly announced on social media, the interaction with three-time NBA regular season MVP Jokić garnered attention.
Jokić greeted Čančar in a casual setting, wearing a t-shirt and shorts. The extended training period and subsequent visit underscore a collaborative approach within the Nuggets organization. The victory against the Suns further highlighted the team’s performance during this period.
