Slovenian text: With the appointment of the government ministers, Prime Minister Janez Janša also appointed four deputies who will now be replaced by substitute deputies for the time they are performing their functions. The former SDS deputy Suzana Lep Šimenko, who became the minister for Slovenes abroad and in the world, will be replaced by Luka Simonič following the DZ election results. The former NSi, SLS and Fokus deputy Jernej Vrtovec, who was elected as the minister for infrastructure, will be replaced by Andrej Černigoj, the minister for agriculture, Janez Cigler Kralj by Janez Beja.
The newly elected minister for health, Tadej Ostrc, will be replaced by Dejan Zakrajšek in the deputy seats of the Democrats. The extraordinary session of the DZ will be held after the confirmation of the substitute deputies. This reflects the amendment of the law on the state administration.
