Marinbla case turnaround, Šuštar family admitted guilt

The agreement was signed by Rosana and Tim Šuštar, along with their lawyers, but Marinblu’s lawyer was not present. However, the judge, Barbara Franca, postponed the hearing for a short time, as all parties expressed a clear interest in a mutually agreed solution. The hearing will be rescheduled for June 19th at the Court in Koper, and until then, they must sign a new, legally binding agreement.

The content of the agreement is still unknown. The willingness to sign the agreement represents a major turning point, as Rosana Šuštar has publicly and firmly rejected the accusations in the past. Rosana Šuštar claimed that she had not received any complaints from workers in ten years of business.

Moreover, the beginning of the trial was marked by evasion of the court. At the first preliminary hearing in early March, they did not even show up, and at the April hearing, after the agreement was signed, they did not show up either.
