A 54-year-old tourist, who had arrived in Romania two days prior, was found deceased in Costinesti. According to reports from Romanian television station Stirile ProTV, the incident occurred on Thursday evening, shortly before midnight, when several young people notified the local gendarmerie regarding an unconscious man located inside a car. The gendarmerie team verified the report and immediately summoned nearby medical personnel.
Upon arrival, medical staff initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures on the man. Despite these efforts, the individual was soon pronounced dead. The body was subsequently transported to the morgue, where an autopsy is scheduled to determine the official cause of death.
