I bought a house, came for the rest of the payment and attacked it

A policewoman reported an incident yesterday afternoon, alleging that a known man physically assaulted his mother near Ilirska Bistrica. The dispute reportedly stemmed from the recent acquisition of a residence. According to the report, the complainant’s mother had purchased a house in the area, having paid a substantial portion of the purchase price upfront.

The remaining balance was scheduled to be paid only after the property was officially registered in the land registry. The confrontation reportedly began when the seller of the property, who had also purchased an apartment, was observed near the location around noon. Following this, the seller and her husband allegedly began pressuring the complainant, questioning her financial means and her failure to respond to calls.

When the complainant attempted to close the door to end the conversation, the man allegedly grabbed her wrist, twisting it forcefully before striking her on the back of the head. After the assault, the individuals departed the scene. The complainant subsequently notified her son and sought immediate medical examination for injuries sustained during the altercation.

Authorities were alerted to the incident following the policewoman’s report at 13:53. The details suggest the dispute escalated over the final payment structure for the house, with the matter of the rest of the funds being the central point of contention.
