The decision to waive admission fees was made in response to the prolonged high temperatures. The Environmental Agency (Arso) has issued a red weather warning across much of the country, signaling significant heat load. Despite the official warnings, the local authorities ensured that the swimming centers remained accessible to the public.
While free entry is currently available until the capacity of the pools is reached, residents should note that this special provision will conclude on Friday. Although a temporary reprieve from the heat is anticipated for Friday, temperatures are expected to increase again beginning Saturday. However, officials have noted that the temperature rise is forecast to remain below 35 degrees Celsius.
