According to court documents, the man subsequently engaged in a sexual assault within the residence. Forensic analysis later confirmed his DNA was present in the victim’s intimate area, corroborating the allegations. Over 6,200 files containing child pornography were found on his devices, including footage of infants. Additionally, 166 screen captures were recovered, one of which depicted the girl in a park setting.
