According to data provided by the Agency for Protection and Rescue, an accident occurred shortly after 7:00 PM in the settlement of Imenje, located within the municipality of Dobrovo. The incident involved a tractor that overturned while the machinery was operating within a vineyard. The accident resulted in severe injuries to an individual.
Emergency response teams from the Nova Gorica and Dobrovo Fire Brigades were among the first to arrive at the scene. Personnel secured the area and provided immediate assistance to the injured person, including resuscitation efforts. Furthermore, the crews managed the necessary safety procedures by disconnecting the tractor’s battery and neutralizing spilled motor fluids.
Additional support arrived on site from emergency medical helpers based in Nova Gorica, alongside local police units. Despite the prompt and coordinated efforts of the emergency services, the operator of the tractor succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
