As the Italian news agency Ansa reports, Finnish divers in cooperation with Maldivian colleagues discovered the remaining four bodies of Italian divers who died in a dive in the Maldives’ deepest cave system on Thursday. They had already discovered and pulled five other Italian divers from the sea, who also died in the dive, and today they managed to bring the bodies of Federico Gualtierio and Monica Montefalcone to the surface. They used advanced equipment, including scuba tanks, underwater scooters and other devices.
The Italians died while diving.
