Police officers from Tolmin estimate that alcohol may have contributed to the accident. An older cyclist was ordered to undergo a breath test, which showed 0.89 mg/l alcohol in the exhaled air. The electric bike driver suffered severe physical injuries in the accident and is still in treatment at the Semetsk hospital.
