It was a typical Saturday afternoon in Linz when the owner of a local barbershop, a 26-year-old, noted that his regular clientele, three young Afghans, had just completed their haircuts and were preparing to step outside for a cigarette. The atmosphere was tranquil until a sudden disruption occurred – the sound of a car’s hood was broken. The older driver, visibly agitated by a pedestrian who darted in front of his car, reacted with anger.
He became enraged and physically attacked the driver, as reported by Net.hr. The young Afghans, well-known in the neighborhood for their exceptionally friendly and peaceful nature, immediately intervened to protect the man. The driver threatened them, stating he would “return with friends.” Approximately half an hour later, he did return, but alone, brandishing a knife.
He initially stabbed one of the Afghans in the neck. “There was a significant amount of blood throughout the area,” the man stated. His employee promptly called for an ambulance, and the owner accompanied him.
