Tragedy on Croatian-Slovenian Border: Multiple Migrants Found Dead, Injured
A group of foreign nationals was discovered in the Netretić municipality area of Croatia on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of four individuals and the injury of two migrants. The incident involved a bus carrying 34 people, including 11 migrants, who were transported to the border with Slovenia by a smuggler. Authorities identified a 22-year-old Montenegrin citizen as the driver of the Kombi bus in which the incident occurred. Croatian police have filed a criminal complaint against the driver, alleging a criminal act of unlawful entry, movement, and residence within Croatia, alongside a serious offense against public security related to endangering human life.
