10 percent: Janković expects an apology and compensation

An anonymous video recording of a business meeting involving Nina Zidar Klemenčič and others has emerged, detailing discussions surrounding the construction of a skyscraper at the Bavarska dvor in Ljubljana, including the InterContinental Hotel. The video suggests that Zoran Janković exerted influence over the project through his son, who reportedly acted as an intermediary. According to reports, Janković arranged for specific companies to be involved in the skyscraper’s construction in exchange for expedited permit approvals.

On Thursday, Janković filed a criminal and compensation lawsuit against Zidar Klemenčič. Today, he clarified the basis for the lawsuit, citing her claims that she was present at the meeting when “one of my sons or even I demanded 10 percent, which is a lie.”

Janković asserted that these statements are false. He further indicated that the Serbian Delta Holding, the investor in the skyscraper, acquired the former unregulated construction pit in the area from Rastoder.

The legal firm representing Delta Holding is also involved in the case.
