A 61-year-old Serb, Ljubiša Karović, recounted a severe incident that occurred two weeks ago aboard a flight FR1879 traveling from Thessaloniki to Memmingen. According to Karović, the accident was precipitated by a sudden loss of cabin pressure originating from a window in the aircraft. He stated that during the event, he felt as if he was being pulled out of the plane, an experience reportedly restrained by his wife and other passengers inside the cabin.
Following the incident, Karović raised concerns regarding the level of follow-up care he received from the airline, Ryan Air. Reports indicate that two weeks after the flight, the company reportedly made limited contact. According to the Serb, communication was restricted to electronic messages sent to his son, who had booked the tickets.
These messages reportedly inquired about his condition and offered the option of changing his travel arrangements. Karović expressed dissatisfaction with the manner of the follow-up, noting that no direct phone call was made to convey concern. He emphasized that the only communication received from the airline was through written electronic means.
The incident highlights the ordeal endured by the Serb during the turbulent flight and the subsequent perceived lack of personal outreach from the airline following the dangerous event aboard the plane.
