Man Killed, Another Injured in Belgrade Restaurant Shooting
Kumodraž, Belgrade – On Monday afternoon, a shooting incident at a restaurant in the Kumodraž settlement resulted in one fatality and one injury. Emergency responders found a man at the scene, confirming his death. A second individual was transported to the Military Medical Academy (VMA) by private vehicle for treatment.
Police confirmed that multiple bullet shots were discharged at the restaurant. Initial reports indicate an unidentified individual fired upon two men before fleeing the scene. Law enforcement is currently engaged in a search for the suspect.
Serbian media outlets have identified the deceased as Darko Vesković, who was previously involved in a 2018 murder trial concerning the death of Blaž Đurović. The injured individual, Vuk Musić, is a public figure connected to a previous case. Investigators are pursuing leads regarding the suspect’s identity and motive.
