An investigation was initiated following a report detailing threats and instances of violence in the area. As part of the inquiry, law enforcement officers conducted multiple interviews and subsequently executed a search of a private residence. The operation involved personnel from the Moste Police Station and the Center Police Station, alongside a Police Service Dog Leader.
During the thorough house search, police recovered several items of concern. Authorities seized a military-grade semi-automatic sniper rifle, a pistol that had been modified to remove identifying marks, and multiple rounds of ammunition. Furthermore, the search yielded significant quantities of narcotics, including nearly two kilograms of cocaine and marijuana.
Following the recovery of these materials, a 51-year-old Slovenian citizen was taken into custody by the police. An investigating judge subsequently reviewed the evidence and ordered the individual’s detention. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities process the seized weaponry and controlled substances.
The comprehensive nature of the police action underscores the seriousness with which local authorities are addressing threats of violence in the region.
