However, a subsequent jump resulted in a fourth-place finish with 195.9 points. The Prevcs also performed well; Nika Prevc secured sixth place with a jump of 197.5 meters and 184.5 points. Katri Komar, a newcomer to hill jumping events, demonstrated potential with a landing of 148.5 meters.
Unfortunately, she failed to progress through the initial series, ultimately taking 25th place. This debutant’s performance highlighted the competitive nature of the event. Domen Prevc showcased his skills during training and qualifications.
Prior to the qualification round, Niki Vodan recorded impressive flights of 189 and 211 meters – a significant milestone, marking her as the third Slovenian athlete after Ema Klinec to surpass the 100-meter mark. The competition focused on achieving the greatest distance in meters, determining the final place rankings.
