We obtained footage from the editorial department of a person walking along the Slovenian Primorska motorway in the morning traffic jam. It is forbidden to exit the vehicle in the event of an accident or traffic jam on the motorway, except in cases of necessity, so that the participants must remain in the vehicle. A fine of 150 euros is prescribed for violation of Article 30 of the Road Traffic Regulations.
Exit is permitted for intervention services, road maintenance personnel, and drivers or passengers of vehicles stopped in emergency on the passing lane. We have already reported on the contentious behavior of traffic participants several times in the past period. At the beginning of May, cameras on the Slovenian Primorska motorway captured a man who indulged in a short physical activity on the highway fence, and a family who let their children off the car with a ball.
