Slovenian text: Black Cube Affair What is Golob expecting after the constitutional court has filed complaints in the Black Cube case? “That the constitutional court will review whether all the conditions for their decision have been met, and then make an appropriate decision. I share the opinion that due to foreign intelligence services’ interference, there was unlawful interference in the electoral process by a third country,” Golob believes, who is convinced that the events influenced the result.
But why did the complaints only come in now? Anže Logar said at the time of the signing of the coalition agreement that when Golob was negotiating about a possible coalition, he did not problematize the alleged influence on the election outcome. Likewise, the deputies’ mandates were confirmed at the founding session of the National Assembly in Svoboda.
Golob claims that he opposed this before the elections, when the affair broke out. “When we were on the verge of the elections, when the affair broke out, I opposed it,” he said.
