Three Men Sentenced to Prison in Connection with Banjska Attack
A court in Kosovo has sentenced Blagoja Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović to life imprisonment. Dušan Maksimović received a 30-year prison sentence following the September 24, 2023, attack in the village of Banjska. The defendants were convicted of terrorist acts and attempted secession.

Radojčić acknowledged responsibility for the incident shortly after the attack and subsequently resigned from his position.
