Instructions for preparing black milk at home: ingredients and process For preparing black milk you will need: 1/2 cup black sesame, three to four cups of water, two to four dates and a pinch of salt. Process: First soak the sesame seeds for 12 hours. Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the soaked sesame seeds, water, dates and salt to the saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass and serve.
