“For many years, we have been pointing out that, despite the exceptional business results of Triglav Insurance, which last year recorded a record 174.1 million euros in net profit, the employees who are most responsible for the insurance company’s successful business are always at the back when it comes to our revenues,” the representative unions in Triglav Insurance wrote in their today’s press release. The union’s initiative to submit a request to the management was signed by more than 1,000 employees, or half of all employees in the company. Triglav Insurance had 2,121 employees (full-time equivalents) according to the annual report, and the entire Triglav Group had 5,037.
The union points out that the analysis of the annual growth rate of total salaries (CAGR) compared to other comparable companies is pointing to the same conclusion.
