As a professional collaborator, he helped a group of citizens who filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court on Thursday regarding a supposed violation of the right guaranteed, among others, by Article 43 of the Constitution, the right to free and democratic elections. The Constitutional Court, as Professor Dr. Rok Lampe believes, is the first time in history that it has acted in this capacity.
The citizens, he says, are simply waiting for the answer to the key question: Were the elections okay or not? According to him, there are already many indications, alarming, as he emphasizes, that show that the elections have been compromised. He would also expect the Constitutional Court to obtain all the necessary information that was collected by Sova and the police and that is not available to the public, and then decide based on these indications.
It does not matter, he says, who is responsible.
