The secretive new owner will decide on Hervis stores in Slovenia

Hervis to Divest Foreign Subsidiaries Following Strategic Shift

Hervis, having completed full ownership of the company on January 23rd, is moving forward with a strategic diversification plan. As part of this initiative, the company is transferring its foreign subsidiaries – operating in Germany, Croatia, and Slovenia – to an external investor. The investor will also assume operational management responsibilities.

Hervis announced today that the selected investor will conduct a thorough assessment of each subsidiary’s economic situation to determine future operational strategies. The transaction encompasses a network of 43 Hervis stores across the three countries. Specifically, the portfolio includes 21 Hervis stores operating within Slovenia, 18 in Croatia, and four in Germany.

Details regarding the terms of the sale, financial specifics of the transaction, and the identity of the investor remain undisclosed at this time. Hervis stated that this move concludes a strategic evaluation of its international operations and represents a key component of the company’s broader strategy. The transfer of these stores marks a significant step in the company’s evolution.

This decision reflects a deliberate shift in hervis’s approach to its global market presence.
