Alex Ligertwood, the former vocalist for the band Santana, has passed away at the age of 79. He died in Santa Monica, California, following a period of recent illness. Shawn Brogan, Ligertwood’s wife, confirmed his death via social media, sharing photographs of his career.
“Alex loved many people. If you knew him, you loved him. He touched many with his incredible voice.
