A French mother of 41 and a father of 55 were arrested yesterday for leaving their sons, aged five and four, in the forest several hundred kilometers away from where they grew up. The two Fanta’s were found on the outskirts of the village on Tuesday evening, while they were wandering along a country road between the Portuguese towns of Alcácer do Sal and Comporta. The parents were arrested in the town of Fatima, 200 kilometers north of Alcácer do Sal.
