Rebeka Marolt, the mother of lora, expresses profound exhaustion and a desperate need for immediate financial support. She states, “As a mother, I am very tired. I really want to collect funds as soon as possible so that lora can get the medicine.” The most challenging aspect of her daughter’s battle with a chronic illness since birth is lora’s inability to communicate.
“The hardest thing is that the child understands everything, but cannot say,” Rebeka says, her voice filled with emotion. “My biggest wish is to be able to talk to my daughter. That we can talk while we walk, without guessing what she wants to tell me.” Lora, who has bravely fought for three years, recently achieved a significant milestone – standing up.
She relies on a walker for mobility, and medical intervention could potentially foster her independence. Despite the considerable obstacles, lora consistently displays remarkable joy. “She is happy, smiling, and shining.
She really shines,” the mother shares, a hopeful smile gracing her face. Currently, the family requires 150,000 euros to continue lora’s treatment. Consequently, they are organizing a dedicated donation event scheduled for April 17th.
