According to N1, police charged Uranič with the following after the public came out with accusations that he had decided to prioritize the paving of a road leading to his house without the consent of the local community. This led to accusations that he, as the president of the Klek local community, should have sent a list of roads to be paved with a different order than the one adopted by the local community council at the end of 2024 to the Trebnje municipality. In 2021, N1 reported that the road leading to his house under the Holy Mountain was put first in the list.
Uranič has today announced that the indictment filed against him by the police in April last year for a well-founded suspicion of committing a criminal act of falsifying the content of the document was dismissed. As he wrote, “the story about him forging a document was that he forged a document, but it was not true.”
