The celebration of Aleja’s 6th birthday was very homely, despite the urban setting, this year. “That was also our intention, to make one of these great Slovenian parties in the middle of Ljubljana. Our wish is always to celebrate together with our visitors, because we are grateful for every visit, for every visitor,” said Aleja Toni Pugelj, the shopping center’s director.
This was obviously a good move, as many visitors and famous faces were also overpowered by it. “It’s nice, but you know, you don’t go to Ljubljana just to shop, or to school, or to work, but you come for such a party you usually have at the countryside,” said the cheerful hostess and influencer Lucija Vrankar. Although it is true that the accordion is more associated with the countryside, it was heard practically in the middle of the city this time.
