We live too fast, under stress, sitting has become the central position of our everyday life. Many people are aware of this, which is why they chase steps, goals, results during the time they have available after their obligations, but they are tired, without energy, and often abandon activities. Dr.
Milan Hosta from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Primorska explained that man has always been prone to some stress, but according to experts, this stress today is directed towards other dimensions. “Today there is a lot of information stress, mental stress, and physical stress, but there is too little of it, or there is a new stress here, that we sit too much,” said the sports philosopher and pedagogue and respiratory therapist. And it is precisely breathing that is a problem for many people today.
