Slovenia receives another 41 million from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism

The European Commission assessed that Slovenia has satisfactorily met all 15 milestones and targets of the sixth request for payment, which represent progress on investments and reforms of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). This means the maximum possible payment, which will amount to 41 million euros net. The gross amount of the sixth request is 89.53 million euros, but the net payment will be proportionately adjusted due to the consideration of the final settlement of pre-financing received by Slovenia at the beginning of the implementation of the RRP in 2021, “the Ministry of Finance wrote in a press release.

Among the milestones and targets are the Center for seed production, tree breeding and forest protection, new or reconstructed existing wastewater systems, new or reconstructed drinking water supply systems
