Slovenian text: When Sara Isaković won the Olympic silver in 2008, Slovenia celebrated one of the greatest sports stories in its history. After the end of her top-level sports career, she did not stop. She upgraded her experience in managing pressure, fear and uncertainty with a master’s degree in psychology of successful performance in the USA.
Today she helps athletes, entrepreneurs, parents and young people to understand how our brain works and how our mind can become our ally, not our enemy. In recent years, however, she is increasingly occupied with the topic that affects almost every family – the influence of smartphones and social networks on children. Once the sportswoman of the year, today she teaches more than just how to win in the pool.
