Progros company again with a new director after a month

The Ljubljana District Court officially registered the change in the director position at Proslogus on July 17th of this year, with the updated documentation published in the business register yesterday. Effective from June 30th, the company’s new representative is Admir Kamerić, who resides in Kalesija, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This marks the second change in the company’s leadership within the last month.

Previously, on June 15th, Miladin Mijić, identified as the MP’s father, assumed the role of director, succeeding the MP’s former representative. It is noted that the MP retains 100% ownership of the company. The frequent changes in the director role at Proslogus have been subject to scrutiny since the MP’s initial appointment.

Furthermore, the company faces notable financial challenges. Records indicate that Proslogus is a significant tax debtor, owing the state an estimated amount between 30,000 and 50,000 euros in unpaid taxes and contributions. Adding to the operational changes, thirteen employees were dismissed yesterday, according to previous reports.

These administrative and financial developments highlight a period of significant transition for the firm.
