Instead of paying the debt to the state and workers who owe him wages, and thus setting an example that politicians, especially those in parliament, should show to citizens, the Resnica party member Boris Mijić transferred his indebted company Progros to Rok Snežič on Monday. This then renamed the construction company Progros to Klukec d. o.
o. and registered the breeding of camels as its main activity. Snežič threw the glove to the coordinator of the Levica party, Luk Mihec, who owes him court costs, but because Snežič has not registered any assets in Slovenia so far, enforcement was not possible.
Legal expert Dr. Rajko Pirnat warned in the 24UR ZVEČER show that Mijić will not be able to avoid responsibility for the debts, despite the sale of the company Progres.
