A1 Slovenija Appoints Experienced Leader, Helena Lombar
A1 Slovenija has announced the appointment of Helena Lombar as a key leadership role within the company. Ms. Lombar brings extensive experience in marketing and sales, cultivated through a diverse career spanning multiple sectors.
According to A1 Slovenija’s website, Lombar previously served as the head of sales for business users at Simobil and Sava Insurance. Her career progression continued with a role as general manager at OMV Slovenia, beginning in 2015. More recently, she assumed the head position at Geoplin in April 2024, and also took on responsibility for private and business users at A1 Slovenija in the same month.
Lombar’s background includes significant involvement in business associations. She served as a member of the board of directors for EuroGas, the European association of gas sector companies and organizations, based in Brussels. Additionally, she was a member of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and held the position of president of the board of directors for the National Association of Private and Business Users.
This appointment reflects A1 Slovenija’s commitment to bolstering its leadership team with seasoned professionals.
