Lufthansa has removed all flights between the Bavarian capital and one of Lufthansa’s main hubs and Jože Pučnik Airport from its upcoming winter schedule, reported the EX-YU Aviation News portal. The airline had initially planned ten weekly flights between the two cities. Meanwhile, there will be no changes to flights to Frankfurt, so there will be two daily flights.
Lufthansa’s flight to Munich is already temporarily canceled at the end of April after the closure of its subsidiary CityLine, but it is expected to be reinstated next week with a reduced frequency. Lufthansa plans to halve the number of flights to Frankfurt from Zagreb’s airport according to the original plan. There will be one daily flight, but the frequency of flights will be slightly increased between Munich and Frankfurt.
